There’s a private pool with lounge chairs and a dining table to enjoy the backyard with the entire family! This home features smart TV’s in all of the rooms with easy access to download your favorite apps.The best part is that this home is located 18 minutes from Disney, shopping, groceries and other themed parks and entertainment venues!
The space This home has 5 rooms! 1 room is on the 1st floor and features a King bed and smart tv. All other rooms are upstairs. Two of those rooms has queen beds. The other two features 2 twins in each room. There is a loft lounge area with a 50 in smart tv. Free WiFi is at your disposal as well. The private pool in the back is fenced in and bug free! There’s also a 1/2 bath outside next to the patio furniture. Last, but definitely not least, we are located within a resort community which features a lazy River, clubhouse, fitness center, pools, a movie theater and many more activities to keep the family busy and also allow lounge areas for much needed relaxation.
You will have access to everything and every room in the house. You’ll also have access to the clubhouse and community amenities such as the cabanas, lazy river, pool etc.

The space The main level has a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar stools at the kitchen island, and everything you need to cook an amazing meal if you choose, a 1/2 bathroom, dining area with a table that seats 4 and living room with a 43” smart tv and plenty of natural lighting and windows! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, a 43” smart tv a walk in closet, double sinks, a stand up shower and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds a 43” smart tv and an en-suite bathroom as well as a small walk in closet. There is also a single rollaway bed in the pantry with bedding for extra sleeping arrangements. There is an attached 2 car garage, balcony, and plenty of space to store your items. Guest access All guests will have full access to the entire townhome as well as the clubhouse amenities.
