Classy Way Travel Party LIVE — 2027 Takeover Edition
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Giveaway Sponsor
The Classy Way Travel Party LIVE Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Classy Way Enterprise LLC, doing business as Classy Way Travel Agency (“Sponsor”).

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins when the official giveaway entry form is published and announced by the Sponsor and ends on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 2:25 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT).
All entries must be received before the closing deadline. Sponsor's records will determine the official time of entry.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, owners, representatives, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
Participants must meet all eligibility requirements to receive a prize.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the official Classy Way Travel Party Giveaway page:
Complete and submit the free giveaway entry form, including your name, valid email address, and acceptance of these Official Rules.
Limit one entry per person.
Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, travel reservation, deposit, Facebook account, social media share, referral, or attendance at the Facebook Live event is required.
Agreeing to receive future marketing emails is optional and does not affect eligibility or the chances of winning.
5. Giveaway Prizes
GRAND PRIZE — $150 Classy Way Travel Credit
One (1) eligible winner will receive a $150 Classy Way Travel Credit applicable toward an eligible 2027 Classy Way Travel Agency group trip.
The travel credit:

Has a value of $150 USD.

May be applied to an eligible new or existing 2027 group trip reservation.

Applies toward an outstanding trip balance and cannot be used as an initial deposit.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

Cannot be combined with other promotional credits unless expressly authorized by Sponsor.

Must be redeemed by December 31, 2027, subject to the applicable trip's final payment deadline.

Is subject to the applicable trip's availability, booking requirements, supplier restrictions, and published terms.
The credit does not include a free vacation, airline tickets, or additional travel services. Any trip costs exceeding the credit remain the responsibility of the winner.
If the winner does not book or maintain an eligible trip reservation, the credit will have no cash redemption value.
SECOND PRIZE — Luxury Travel Essentials Gift Set
One (1) eligible winner will receive a Luxury Travel Essentials Gift Set with an approximate retail value of $50 USD.
The gift set may include a passport holder, luggage tag, travel organizer, sleep mask, or similar travel accessories.
Actual colors, brands, and contents may vary based on availability. Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value.
The prize will be shipped to a valid eligible U.S. mailing address provided by the winner.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $200 USD.
Two separate winners will be selected. Each eligible participant may receive no more than one prize.
6. Winner Selection
Two potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on October 25, 2026, after 2:25 PM CDT, following the close of entries.
The Sponsor intends to announce the selected winners during the Classy Way Travel Party LIVE, subject to verification.
The first selected eligible winner will receive the $150 Travel Credit. The second selected eligible winner will receive the Luxury Travel Essentials Gift Set.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted on their entry form.
Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification email and provide any reasonably required information to verify eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
A potential winner is not considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified.
Winners do not have to attend the Facebook Live event to win.
8. Prize Restrictions and Fulfillment
Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sponsor will provide the $150 Travel Credit through a written credit confirmation and instructions for eligible redemption.
The Luxury Travel Essentials Gift Set will be shipped within a reasonable period after winner verification and receipt of a valid shipping address.
Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect contact or shipping information provided by participants, except as required by applicable law.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or other obligations associated with accepting a prize, where applicable.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, automated submissions, misrepresentation, or attempts to interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway.
If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from operating as intended, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it, subject to applicable law.
Any changes will be communicated through the official Giveaway page.
Nothing in these rules limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
10. Privacy and Communications
Information collected through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill prizes.
Participants may separately choose to subscribe to Classy Way Travel Agency marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and is not required for entry.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor's published privacy policy.
11. Facebook Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Classy Way Travel Agency, not Facebook.
12. Winner Information
After the Giveaway has concluded and winners have been verified, requests for the winners' first names and last initials may be submitted to:

13. Acceptance of Official Rules
By submitting an entry, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Official Giveaway Rules.
